PRIVATE ONE-TO-ONE COACHING FOR HIGH ACHIEVERS

Rebuild your capacity without giving up the ambition that matters to you.

You may have tried to rest, organise yourself better, read more or push through until life becomes quieter. But quieter rarely arrives. This programme offers an outside perspective and personal support while you make changes that can hold in work, recovery and home life.

Who this is for

  • You are still functioning, but the private cost is becoming unsustainable.
  • Your energy, concentration, patience or enjoyment has changed.
  • You cannot switch off, and time away is no longer restorative.
  • You have plenty of information but need help applying it to your actual life.
  • You want to keep doing meaningful work without arriving home with nothing left.

You do not have to prove that you are struggling enough. The Burnout Breakthrough Call is where we explore fit without pressure.

The ARC journey

Awaken

We map your current capacity, actual demands and warning signs. We notice where responsibility and availability have turned into overextension, then identify one feasible first change.

Restore

We adjust conditions that keep recreating depletion. That may mean renegotiating load, practising boundaries and building recovery space that is realistic for your life.

Create

We define sustainable standards and a response for predictable pressure. You leave with decisions and language you can use when the old loop starts to reappear.

ARC is a flexible path, not a rigid weekly curriculum. The work follows your circumstances.

What is included

  • One 90-minute ARC mapping session followed by eleven 60-minute private sessions, normally weekly.
  • One brief, personal check-in from me between weekly sessions.
  • WhatsApp for short implementation questions and updates during the active programme. I reply Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm Ireland time, within one working day, excluding Irish public holidays and planned leave notified in advance.
  • One evolving personal Capacity Plan: a working version by the end of week 2, a midpoint update and a final version by session 12.
  • One additional 30-minute Pressure Point Session during the programme for a consequential conversation or decision, booked from reserved slots with at least one working day’s notice.
  • One included 30-minute review call about four weeks after the final weekly session.

We aim to complete the twelve sessions in twelve weeks, with up to sixteen calendar weeks for agreed rescheduling or illness. The Pressure Point Session is subject to available slots and is not an emergency or same-day service. WhatsApp support ends after the final weekly session.

A plan you can actually use

Your Capacity Plan is one private document we build together. It maps the demands and patterns that spend your capacity, the changes you are testing, recovery conditions, early warning signs and what you will do when pressure rises again.

The first working version arrives by the end of week 2. We review it at the midpoint, finalise it by session 12 and can make a small adjustment at the four-week review. It is a practical coaching tool, not a medical assessment.

For example, if an eight-hour workday routinely holds ten hours of demands, we can map what is actually being asked of you, prepare a conversation about priorities, and review what changes after you have it. The plan records what works in your real circumstances.

Investment

€3,000 total. Pay in full before the first session, or pay €1,500 at enrolment and €1,500 before session 7. The two-payment option does not change the total or what is included.

The first step is the free Burnout Breakthrough Call. We talk through what is happening, whether coaching is appropriate and whether I am the right person to support you. You will have the details and agreement before deciding to enrol.

Questions people often ask

Will this become another thing I have to keep up with?

We begin with your present capacity. The first useful move may be subtraction or a supported conversation, not a longer list of tasks.

What if I improve and then end up here again?

No one can promise that pressure will never return. We work on recognising warning signs, changing conditions and responding earlier when the old pattern starts to reappear.

Is this therapy or medical care?

No. Coaching is not diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical treatment or crisis support. If another form of help is more suitable, we will discuss an appropriate referral.

You can start with a conversation.

Tell me what is happening in your own words. I will explain how I work, answer your questions and tell you honestly whether the programme appears to fit.
